1. Pre-Commissioning Preparation

- Ensure the IRC5 controller is powered off and isolated from mains (400V AC ±10%)2.
2. Mechanical Installation
- Step 1: Mount the module on the robot arm baseplate using M6 screws (torque: 10 N·m ±5%).

3. Electrical Wiring
