Mechanical Installation
Step 1: Panel Mounting
1. Secure to 35mm DIN rail (EN 60715) using retaining clips
2. Torque settings:
• DIN rail latch: 0.7 Nm
• Panel screws: 1.2 Nm (M4 stainless steel)
3. Alignment tolerance: ≤1° deviation from vertical
Step 2: CT/VT Wiring Preparation

- Ethernet: X4 (RJ45) - CAT6 SF/UTP
- IEC 61850-9-2LE: X5 (LC fiber, 1300nm SMF)
Grounding Requirements:
- Use dedicated 4mm² PE conductor
- Chassis ground point: M5 screw ≤0.1Ω impedance
Commissioning Sequence
Step 3: Initial Power-Up
1. Verify DC polarity with multimeter (+/- 3% tolerance)
2. Apply power → Observe LED sequence:
• Green RUN: Solid = Normal
• Yellow ALARM: 1Hz flash = Configuration needed
3. Check self-test log via front HMI (no "F" errors)
Step 4: Protection Settings
