1. Initial Setup
Step 1: Language Configuration
1. Press [ABB] button → Navigate to [Control Panel]
2. Select [Language] → Choose [English] (Default: English)
3. Confirm with [OK] → Select [YES] to reboot system:ml-citation{ref="2" data="citationList"}
Step 2: Time Synchronization
1. Access [Control Panel] → [Date & Time]
2. Input local time (24h format) → Sync with NTP server if available
3. Validate format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS:ml-citation{ref="2" data="citationList"}
2. Operational Modes

3. Arc Furnace Control (Specialized Workflow)
Step 1: Electrode Adjustment
1. Select control type:
• Analog: Rotate [ELREG] knob (0-10V input)
• Digital: Enter target resistance (Ω) via HMI
2. Engage [QUICK LIFT] if arc instability >15% threshold:ml-citation{ref="3" data="citationList"}
Step 2: Power Regulation
1. Choose regulation mode:
- Constant Current (CC): Set via [I_SET] parameter
- Constant Power (CP): Input kW target
- Constant Resistance (CR): Auto-calculated
