489-P5-HI-A20 GE PLC’s integrated development environment contains configuring, planning and programming tools for the following products: 489-P5-HI-A20 GE Series HMI devices, 489-P5-HI-A20 Series GE I/O-IPCs, Woodward-I/O-SYSTEM 750 couplers and controllers.GE AUTOMATION COCKPIT® is also hub for all available GE tools such as ETHERNET-Settings,GE -I/O-CHECK, I/O-Update, and more.Extensive project management permits network and device configuration.The programming system is based on CoDeSys, which is a comprehensive IEC 61131-3-compliant software tool for industrial automation technology. In addition to programming in the 5 IEC languages, a visualization can be easily created using integrated editors. Included open interfaces (OPC, DDE) also offer data exchange or integration into other programs. Offline simulation allows program functions to be tested without hardware.
