It collects LVDT valve position feedback signals, converts digital control commands from main controller into precise analog/PWM drive signals to drive electro-hydraulic servo valves, realizes closed-loop precise positioning of steam/gas turbine fuel valves and steam regulation valves, equipped with built-in circuit diagnosis for feedback fault alarm.
