Core Product Characteristics
Dual independent measurement channels to control two separate circuit breakers simultaneously; fully adjustable thresholds for voltage deviation, phase angle offset and frequency slip with high resolution; built-in continuous hardware and software self-diagnosis to detect wire open-circuit, short-circuit and internal faults with front LED status indicators; conformal coated circuit board to resist dust, moisture and corrosive flue gas in power plant environments; compact square panel mounting design without extra rack accessories; two working modes including continuous supervision and momentary synchro check; standard RS485 communication interface for data upload to SCADA and DCS systems; fail-safe logic blocks breaker closing command once hardware failure or signal loss occurs.
Wiring Instruction
Embed the relay into standard cabinet cut-out and lock with mounting fasteners. Connect PT voltage sampling cables to front measurement terminals with shielded twisted wires, single-point ground all shielding layers on cabinet earth bar. Link auxiliary DC/AC power supply to dedicated power terminals, connect relay trip/alarm output contacts to circuit breaker control loops. Separate high-power primary wiring and weak signal sensing cables to eliminate electromagnetic crosstalk.
